What does a typical session look like?

A typical session includes a blend of deep discussions, grounding techniques, breathing exercises, art-making prompts (often accompanied by music), and guided journal therapy practices for you to do at home. However, each session is tailored to your unique needs and journey. The art-making prompts and homework activities will vary from person to person.

I love incorporating Art-making, Meditation, Breathwork, Writing therapy, Affirmations, and Mantras into my clients' sessions. As a Yoga practitioner and student of ancient wisdom around the world, I always try to integrate my personal experiences, spiritual practices, and learning into my clients' programs.

    Visit the "Contact Me" page and fill out the "New Client Inquiry Form." Choose a preferred date and time. I'll respond within a few business days to schedule a brief online consultation. We'll discuss your concerns and how I can best assist you.

  • Step 2: Confirmation and Scheduling

    If we're a good fit and feel the same vibe, I'll follow up with a confirmation email and schedule our first session. Consistency is key, so let's establish a regular meeting time.

  • Step 3: Onboarding and Sessions

    Once the date is set, I'll send you an agreement form, supplies list, and invoice. We can meet weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Each session is 60 minutes, with longer sessions available. I recommend starting with at least 6 sessions together.

Do I need prior art experience?

No prior art experience is necessary. Don't worry about creating masterpieces. Focus on using Therapeutic Art as a tool for self-discovery and healing.

What art supplies do I need?

Before our first session, I'll share a PDF document with a preparation list. Initially, you don't need to spend a lot on art supplies. Simple items like paper and crayons are sufficient. As you progress, you can explore other art mediums that match your interests and preferences.

How long does each individual online session last?

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. I strive to start and end on time for your convenience.

Will you interpret my artworks?

No, I cannot interpret your artworks for you. However, I can guide you through prompts that help you connect with your intuition and discover your own interpretations.

How often should I see you?

Research indicates that weekly therapeutic session is most effective. I encourage clients to attend weekly sessions for at least the first month. However, the frequency can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences.

The duration of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients complete their journey in 1-3 months, while others continue for a year or more. The decision to end therapy is entirely yours, and I'll support you wholeheartedly.
