Resources for Self-practice

During my journey of self-healing and seeking a purposeful life, I'm grateful to have discovered some resources that have had a great impact on my growth.

Many of us can't afford ongoing therapy sessions or retreats, so in my experience, self-practice is essential. That's why I'd like to share the resources I've learned and practiced with the hope that they'll help you.

Please note that these resources will be updated regularly. I hope you'll find something helpful!

JOURNAL THERAPY

Journaling is a great way to express your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. There are many journaling techniques. Whether you're brain-dumping, writing reflectively, or using prompts, you can experiment in your own space and find what works best for you. I suggest journaling for at least 15-20 minutes every day to get the most benefit. This simple habit can bring you many great benefits in the long run.
