Hi, I’m Thinh, and I love empowering female to realize their full potential and discover their sparks.

Let's talk!

My Story of Why

Namaste. Xin chào!

I'm Thái Thịnh, an Expressive Arts Facilitator and writer based in Vietnam. My work focuses on self-discovery and finding one's "Dharma." Parinama is the philosophy I've followed and imprinted in my works to remind everyone that when we embark on a journey of inner transformation, we simultaneously transform our lives.

As I reflect on my journey, I'm amazed at how far I've come. My story is still unfolding, but I've come a long way.

Like many people, I was an ordinary employee, working in the advertising industry for almost a decade. Throughout this period, I had a constant feeling of emptiness, but I couldn’t quite grasp or articulate. Yet, deep within my heart, I was convinced  that I was destined for doing something more, something that brought sparks to my heart.

Looking back, I realized I was trapped in a cycle of dissatisfaction. I had never truly experienced fulfillment. This realization was a catalyst for my journey of transformation.

The turning point came when I faced the triple blow of sudden job loss, heartbreak, and an overwhelming uncertainty about my future.  After leaving my corporate job, I've been on a quest, guided by two big questions: Who am I? What is my life's purpose?

This quest for self-discovery led me on a journey of spiritual awakening, where I reconnected with my soul, deepened my spirituality, and unearthed my true essence. Unexpectedly, my passion for writing resurfaced, and I found myself immersed in creating my book and exploring the world of Art Therapy.

My journey with Art Therapy began during the pandemic. Seeking a home-based activity, I turned to canvas painting as a pastime. Unexpectedly, this simple pursuit brought me immense peace and joy, becoming a therapeutic outlet for expressing my emotions. As my love for painting grew, I started teaching workshops, hoping to share this mindful activity with others. A portion of my workshop fees (50-70%) were donated to the Children's Hospital Fund in Ho Chi Minh City to support children in need.

During a workshop in March 2024, a student asked me, "How about hosting an Art Therapy session next time?" This question sparked a new direction. I realized that my passion for art combined with my interest in human psychology was the perfect foundation for exploring Art Therapy.

Determined to delve deeper into Art Therapy, I searched for professional training courses in Vietnam but found none available at the time. As an alternative, I’ve enrolled in other online courses about "Art Therapy” to deepen my thirst for learning and practicing this transformative tool.

Since delving into Therapeutic Art , I've felt a strong desire to share and practice it with others. I began by inviting a few close friends to join me. In these guided sessions, I've always incorporated Writing Therapy as a daily practice. By providing prompts tailored to each individual's journey, I aim to facilitate self-reflection and connection. I believe that the power of self-healing and growth lies in consistent self-practice, and Expressive Art can be a valuable companion on this path.

Through my experiences working with others, I've developed a dream of spreading Therapeutic Art to the world. I envision helping people heal their emotions, discover their true selves, and ultimately contribute to a better world through the transformative power of creative expression.

I firmly believe in the transformative power of art. Art has the unique ability to bridge connections between people, regardless of their backgrounds or beliefs. It also serves as a powerful tool for connecting with our inner selves.

When I meticulously craft every detail for this website, I am filled with an immense sense of fulfillment. While many may not view building a simple website as a significant accomplishment, for me, reaching this point, where I have finally embarked on the journey of writing my own book and sharing my love of Therapeutic Art to people who are on the same journey, has been a culmination of my courage to serve my ‘Dharma’.

My intention is to be here guiding you on your own self-discovery journey and unleashing your inner artist. I want you to know that you have all the potential you need to fulfill your life's destiny. It's all within you. I am here to help you discover your sparks by yourself. I believe with consistent practices, you will surely and gradually connect with your inner guru. All the answers lie within you, it's you who unlocks.

May everything you do today bring spark to your heart.

May your inner lights shine even brighter each day and guide you to the fulfilling life that you always dream to live.

With greatest love,

Thịnh

My focus

SELF-DISCOVERY, PARENTAL WELLNESS

My focus has been on two interconnected topics: self-discovery and parental wellness.

I believe that by understanding yourself, embracing authenticity, and being in service, you can find joy, love, happiness, and fulfillment in everyday life. This journey can also inspire those around you to do the same. Ultimately, it contributes to a better and happier world for yourself, your family, and others.

MY BELIEF

THE JOURNEY IS WITHIN

We are constantly transforming, even at the cellular level. Change is inevitable, and by embracing it, we open ourselves to receive the abundance of life. True transformation, however, lies not in external circumstances but within. By dedicating time to come home to yourself, you can alchemize suffering into happiness, love, and peace. This journey of self-discovery unveils our ‘dharma’, our life's purpose, guiding us towards a life filled with meaning.

MY WAY OF GROWTH

DAILY SELF-REFLECTION

Self-reflection is a powerful tool for personal growth. By taking a step back and examining our actions, we can gain valuable insights about ourselves. When we reflect on past experiences, we can understand our motivations, behaviors, and how we interact with the world. This self-awareness empowers us to make better choices and boost our confidence.

THE PHILOSOPY OF PARINAMA /परिणाम/

‘Parinama’ is a Sanskrit term, which translates to ‘transformation’ or ‘change’, on both a philosophical and practical level. It is one of the most important ideas in "The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali" and is described as the transformation which takes place when one is leaving a period of suffering. (Source: Yogapedia)

  • # 1 CHANGE IS CUMULATIVE

Trust in your own progress. Everyone has a unique journey of growth and transformation. Respect yours and learn to embrace your journey and understand that it's not lineage. Do not try to push yourself to achieve a certain milestone or achievement. Have faith that even though changes are subtle, still it's making progress.

  • # 2 BE KIND TO YOURSELF

Love and respect the person you are. Practice daily self-compassion. When you are kind to yourself, you will learn to love all parts of you, even flaws and imperfections.

  • #3 THE ENERGY IS WITHIN YOU

Tune in your own heart and ask for its wisdom. There is no fixed formula to growth and healing. All the energy is within you. Only you know what is best for you and only you can transform your reality. Knowing that you yourself are whole and complete.

THE MEANING OF PARINAMA.LIFE

SYMBOL

This symbol embodies its mission through a powerful visual metaphor. Inspired by the concept of "The Seeds of Life," it symbolizes the potential for inner growth and transformation. The verdant green, echoing the hue of the Heart Chakra, the center of love, reinforces this message. Together, symbol and color palette illuminate my dedication to fostering growth and love from within.
