Once said no form of art can help you convey your thoughts, feelings, and ideas better than paintings. It was a beautiful experience attending some art therapy sessions with Yubin. I was surprised at first because there was something deep inside that I hadn’t seen through for a long time. There was no “beautiful or artistic painting" during these sessions, just feelings, understandings, open questions to explore more and reflect on my whole journey with very thoughtful and comfortable instructions from her. Thank you for your time and efforts, Yubin!

In a life full of worries and thoughts, taking a little time to relax with art therapy really helps me have more room for my brain to "breathe" more fresh air, more oxygen to make my mind feel less suffocated. During many art therapy sessions with Ms. Thinh, I have understood myself a little more through the colors expressed while drawing, feeling the flow of emotions when not being caught up in the surrounding things,.... no need to know how to draw, just relax. Thank you for your detailed instructions <3.

This place offers a welcoming space for nurturing self-love and cultivating the habit of reflection. Each content is crafted and features a "Prompts Box", inviting you to explore your inner world through journaling or quiet contemplation. Driven by the belief that learning, reflection, and practice are the cornerstones of inner growth, I always try to integrate practical tools into every facet of my works, empowering you to weave your own path to transformation.
